El III Plenario del Comité Central del XVIII Congreso del Partido Comunista Chino

Resumen

El  artículo  analiza  el  III  Pleno  del  XVIII  Congreso  del  Comité  Central  del  Partido Comunista Chino, el cual constituye la guía para la profundización de la reforma hasta el año 2020. En él se exponen las principales directrices para el desarrollo futuro del país, a la vez que se presentan las metas a alcanzar en el plano económico, social, medio ambiental, político, militar y en las relaciones exteriores.

Abstract
The piece analyzes the 3rd Plenum of the Central Committee of the 18th Congress of the  Chinese  Communist  Party,  which  constitutes  the  guide  to  deepen  the  reform throughout  2020.  It  contains  the  main guidelines  for  the  future  development  of  the country,  and  at  the  same  time  the  goals  to  be  reached  in  the  economic,  social, environmental, political, military and foreign relations fields.
